- If you haven't already, register for an account, and please use a name that we can recognize, preferably your primary character's name, so we can activate your account quickly. Note: All account registrations require activation by an admin, to stop spam on the forums. If your account isn't activated within a few days, it's probably because we're not sure if it's a spammer or not and you should send an e-mail to the RasCals admins (admin@rascalshq.org) asking us to activate your account.
- Once your account is activated, go to the Groups section (see the links at the top) and request to join the appropriate Members group (e.g. Guild Wars 2 Members). The group admins will get around to you eventually — if they don't get to you within a few days, feel free to post in the public area asking what the hold-up is or bug an officer about it in-game.
